Wills Kontul a tough, quick, sharp shooting point guard from Pittsburgh, PA was born May 1st , 2008. This upcoming 2026-2027 season, Wills will be playing for Run The Show Prep, in the Ohio Prep Conference. Wills has achieved a very successful, high school career. He began his career at North Catholic High School, where he had a stellar sophomore season, putting up several 20+ point performances, and helping lead the team to the state Sweet 16. After that year he transferred up classifications to the 6A powerhouse Central Catholic High School, where he was their starting point guard, and led them to the WPIAL Semi-finals.

Wills is a true point guard, who can command the floor, putting his teammates in the right positions, knowing when to push it on the break, or slow it down to set up a set. He is a knockdown shooter, having many 5+ three pointer games, but is also not afraid to attack the basket with a wide variety of finishing ability. When he gets in the paint he does not always look to score, and is effective at playing off two feet and finding the open teammate after collapsing the defense. Wills finds and picks up his man full court, and sets the tone for his team defensively, doing whatever they ask of him and is needed to secure a win. Wills is also a dedicated student off the court, boasting a 5.3 GPA, 10+ AP Classes taken and a 35 on his ACT.

This postgrad year Wills hopes to build upon his strong skill set, and lead Run The Show Prep from the point to a conference title, and make a deep run at Prep Nationals. Wills’ incredible work ethic, and love for the game make him a valuable addition to every team he plays for, and the type of guy people love to play with.​
